AuraRabbit Privacy Policy

1. Scope of This Privacy Policy

AuraRabbit is operated by Dreamrabbit LLC (“AuraRabbit,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how AuraRabbit collects, uses, discloses, and otherwise processes personal information when you access or use AuraRabbit, including its websites, accounts, membership features, Creator features, content, auctions, paid interaction sessions, support services, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”).

This Privacy Policy applies to personal information processed in connection with both member and Creator use of the Platform, including information provided directly to AuraRabbit, information generated through use of the Platform, and information received from service providers that support Platform operations.

This Privacy Policy should be read together with the AuraRabbit Terms & Conditions and, where applicable, the AuraRabbit Creator Agreement.

2. Information We Collect

AuraRabbit may collect the following categories of personal information depending on how you use the Platform.

2.1 Account and Profile Information

We collect information that you provide when creating, maintaining, or updating an AuraRabbit account or profile.

This may include your account identifiers, email address, username, profile information, profile photo, biography, account status, and information associated with your use of member or Creator features.

AuraRabbit allows users to update profile information and upload profile photos, and stores that information with the user’s account.

2.2 Creator Application, Registration, and Onboarding Information

If you apply to become or register as a Creator, AuraRabbit collects and processes information necessary to review your application, determine whether to grant Creator access, create or upgrade your account, and complete Creator onboarding.

Creator application information may include:

  • name;
  • email address;
  • optional social-media or external profile link;
  • a description of the content you create; and
  • your reason for requesting Creator access.

AuraRabbit may also maintain information relating to the review of Creator applications, including application status and review history.

For Creator registration and onboarding, AuraRabbit may collect or maintain:

  • name and contact information;
  • username and account credentials;
  • Creator account status;
  • information necessary to complete required onboarding steps;
  • payment-account and payout-related identifiers or status information provided through third-party payment services; and
  • records showing completion of required Creator agreements or onboarding requirements.

Passwords are stored in hashed form.

AuraRabbit may also process technical information during Creator registration and authentication, including IP address information used for security and rate-limiting purposes.

2.3 Payment, Subscription, and Transaction Information

When you purchase a membership, participate in an auction, make or receive payments, or use other paid features, AuraRabbit and its payment service providers process information relating to those transactions.

This may include:

  • subscription and billing status;
  • transaction amounts;
  • payment authorization and payment status;
  • billing and renewal information;
  • auction-related transaction information;
  • Creator payout information; and
  • identifiers received from payment providers.

AuraRabbit currently uses Stripe to support memberships, billing, auction-related payments, and certain payment and payout services.

2.4 Content and Social Activity

AuraRabbit collects information that you choose to submit or generate through Platform features.

This may include:

  • Creator-uploaded content and associated information;
  • comments and replies;
  • ratings and reviews;
  • follows and other social interactions;
  • profile information and photos;
  • notifications generated through Platform activity; and
  • other content or interactions submitted through available features.

2.5 Auction and Interaction-Session Information

If you participate in auctions or paid interaction sessions, AuraRabbit may process information relating to your participation, including:

  • bids and auction results;
  • transaction and payment status;
  • session participation and access information;
  • attendance-related information; and
  • technical information necessary to provide the interaction.

AuraRabbit currently uses Daily to support certain real-time audio and video interaction features.

2.6 Support and Communications Information

When you contact AuraRabbit for support, report a problem, provide feedback, or otherwise communicate with AuraRabbit, we collect information contained in that communication.

This may include:

  • contact information;
  • the type and content of your request;
  • information about the page or Platform feature involved;
  • IP address;
  • browser or device-related information; and
  • other technical or account information associated with the communication.

Where you are signed in, support activity may also be associated with your AuraRabbit account.

2.7 Device, Usage, and Technical Information

AuraRabbit may automatically receive technical information when you access or interact with the Platform.

This may include:

  • IP address;
  • browser or user-agent information;
  • referring or originating page information;
  • authentication and session information; and
  • technical request or usage information generated through interactions with Platform services.

AuraRabbit may use this information for Platform operation, authentication, security, fraud prevention, support, rate limiting, and related technical purposes.

3. How We Use Personal Information

AuraRabbit may use personal information to:

  • create, maintain, authenticate, and manage accounts;
  • provide memberships, Creator features, auctions, paid interaction sessions, and other Platform functionality;
  • review Creator applications and administer Creator onboarding;
  • process subscriptions, payments, payment authorizations, refunds where applicable, and Creator payouts;
  • operate social features, including content, comments, ratings, reviews, follows, and notifications;
  • provide customer support and respond to reports, feedback, and communications;
  • administer account, subscription, transaction, and Platform status;
  • maintain security, prevent fraud and abuse, enforce Platform rules, and protect users and the Platform;
  • troubleshoot technical issues, monitor Platform performance, and maintain Platform functionality;
  • communicate with you about your account, transactions, support requests, or Platform-related matters;
  • comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests; and
  • enforce AuraRabbit’s Terms & Conditions, Creator Agreement, and other applicable Platform policies.

4. How We Disclose Personal Information

AuraRabbit may disclose personal information to third parties where reasonably necessary to operate the Platform, provide requested services, process transactions, protect the Platform and its users, or comply with legal obligations.

4.1 Service Providers

AuraRabbit may disclose personal information with service providers that perform services on our behalf or support Platform functionality.

These may include providers supporting:

  • payment processing, billing, payment authorization, and payouts;
  • real-time audio and video interaction features;
  • hosting, infrastructure, storage, security, and technical operations;
  • communications and customer support; and
  • other services necessary to operate and maintain the Platform.

AuraRabbit currently uses Stripe for certain payment, billing, payment authorization, Creator onboarding, and payout services, and Daily to support certain real-time audio and video interaction features. These providers may process personal information as necessary to provide their respective services.

4.2 Other Users and Creators

Certain information may be shared with or visible to other users or Creators when necessary to provide social and transactional Platform features.

For example, information you choose to make available through your profile, content, comments, reviews, follows, auctions, or other interactive features may be visible to other Platform participants as appropriate to the feature.

4.3 Legal, Safety, and Platform Protection

AuraRabbit may disclose personal information where reasonably necessary to:

  • comply with applicable law, legal process, or lawful governmental requests;
  • protect the rights, safety, property, or security of AuraRabbit, its users, Creators, or others;
  • investigate suspected fraud, abuse, security incidents, or violations of Platform rules; or
  • establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

4.4 Business Transactions

If AuraRabbit or its business is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar business transaction, personal information may be disclosed or transferred as part of that transaction, subject to applicable law.

5. Data Retention

AuraRabbit retains personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide and operate the Platform, maintain accounts and transactions, fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, and comply with applicable legal, accounting, security, and contractual obligations.

Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information, the nature of the Platform feature involved, and the reason the information is maintained.

When information is no longer reasonably necessary for these purposes, AuraRabbit may delete, anonymize, or otherwise dispose of it, subject to applicable law and legitimate business requirements.

Certain information may be retained after an account is closed or deleted where reasonably necessary to:

  • maintain transaction, payment, or payout records;
  • address fraud, abuse, security, disputes, or enforcement matters;
  • comply with legal, tax, accounting, or regulatory obligations;
  • establish, exercise, or defend legal claims; or
  • maintain records reasonably necessary for Platform integrity and operation.

6. Privacy Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live and applicable law, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information.

These rights may include the right to:

  • confirm whether AuraRabbit processes your personal information;
  • access certain personal information AuraRabbit maintains about you;
  • request correction of inaccurate personal information;
  • request deletion of certain personal information;
  • obtain a copy of certain personal information in a portable format;
  • opt out of certain uses of personal information for targeted advertising, sale, sharing, or qualifying profiling activities, where applicable;
  • limit or object to certain processing of sensitive personal information, where provided by applicable law; and
  • exercise other privacy rights available under applicable law.

Some rights are subject to exceptions or limitations under applicable law.

AuraRabbit may take reasonable steps to verify your identity before processing certain privacy requests. We may also request information reasonably necessary to understand and respond to your request.

Where required by applicable law, you may also have the right to appeal certain decisions regarding a privacy request or to exercise your rights without unlawful discrimination.

7. Cookies and Similar Technologies

AuraRabbit uses cookies and similar technologies that are reasonably necessary to operate the Platform, maintain user sessions, support authentication, and provide security and core Platform functionality.

These technologies may be used to:

  • keep users signed in and maintain session state;
  • support authentication and account security;
  • remember information necessary for Platform functionality; and
  • help protect the Platform against unauthorized or improper use.

AuraRabbit does not currently use third-party advertising or analytics technologies designed to track users’ online activities over time and across different websites for behavioral advertising purposes.

You may be able to control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Disabling essential cookies may affect your ability to sign in or use certain Platform features.

8. Data Security

AuraRabbit uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, use, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

These measures may include safeguards designed to protect accounts, systems, communications, and personal information from unauthorized access or misuse.

No method of transmitting information over the Internet or storing information electronically is completely secure. Accordingly, AuraRabbit cannot guarantee the absolute security of personal information.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for promptly notifying AuraRabbit if they believe their account or credentials have been compromised.

9. Age Restrictions and Children’s Privacy

AuraRabbit is intended only for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. Individuals under 18 are not permitted to create an account or use the Platform.

AuraRabbit does not knowingly permit individuals under 18 to maintain accounts on the Platform.

If AuraRabbit becomes aware that an account belongs to an individual under 18, AuraRabbit may suspend or terminate the account and take reasonable steps to delete or otherwise address associated personal information, subject to applicable law and legitimate record-retention requirements.

If you believe that an individual under 18 has provided personal information to AuraRabbit or is using the Platform in violation of these age restrictions, please contact AuraRabbit using the contact information provided in this Privacy Policy.

10. Third-Party Services and Links

AuraRabbit uses third-party services to support certain Platform functionality, including payment services provided through Stripe and real-time audio and video interaction features provided through Daily.

When you use features involving a third-party service, that provider may process personal information in accordance with its own privacy practices and terms.

The Platform may also contain links to websites, services, or resources operated by third parties. AuraRabbit does not control the privacy practices of third-party websites or services, and this Privacy Policy does not govern information processed independently by those third parties.

Users should review the privacy notices of third-party services they choose to access or use.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

AuraRabbit may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to the Platform, our information practices, legal requirements, or other operational needs.

When we make changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this Privacy Policy. Where required by applicable law, AuraRabbit may provide additional notice of material changes.

Your continued use of the Platform after an updated Privacy Policy becomes effective is subject to the updated notice and applicable law.
